With over four decades of leadership, strategic and operational expertise in the business and legal sectors, Fred is a corporate executive (retired), lawyer (not practicing), strategist, investor and philanthropist who has dedicated his career to counseling companies – from innovative startups to billion-dollar corporations.

His expertise spans strategic planning, fundraising, operational management, corporate structuring, M&A and a broad range of legal and business matters relevant to startups as well as large corporations. Some of his many accomplishments include: being fast tracked to partnership at one of California/Silicon Valley’s preeminent law firms; guiding a startup from its formation to a $186M IPO with a billion dollar plus valuation; serving as President at a pioneer Internet company with over $200M in revenue and $80M in EBITDA; and serving as head of strategy to a billion dollar conglomerate, a multinational IT organization and numerous startups.
